The reception staff were lovely and helpful. the decor had a special touch. the shower was fabulous, it had great water pressure. i found the location really convenient. It was easy to walk to many points of interest (it's on a quiet street).
the superior room i had was a bit small.

I appreciated the professional and helpful staff. Thomas was amazing. The room staff were professional. I really liked the overall cleanliness and good condition of the hotel, including the comfortable common areas and pretty rooms.
The spa was not open, and it was under repair. This was a big disappointment.

the hotel was on a quiet street. this made it a restful spot, yet restaurants and shops were a short walk away. the staff was very friendly, and , made a difference (especially the restaurant staff).
the room was quite small. i needed to maneuver carefully around the furniture. there was not enough storage space in the room. the steam room was out of service .

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to many restaurants and shops. The metro was easily accessible. I found the room to be very comfortable. The breakfast had delicious options to choose from.

The location was superb near many shops. The metro and restaurants were also close. The room was comfortable, and i enjoyed the breakfast (especially the croissants). The staff was polite and helpful. They assisted with directions and provided recommendations.
The spa was closed for repairs (a pity because i was looking forward to it).
